realizes that your time is valuable, and that staff resources are often limited.
We also realize that working to improve the bottom line on your financial
statement does not often leave room for costly on-site external consultants.
Still, you need to develop your recovery plan as quick as possible, and without
diverting your current staff from their daily routine. You wish there was
another solution that would give you the best of both worlds. Today there is
that choice.
BRProactive now offers you a financially attractive option
to expedite your plan development toward completion. We simply call it Accelerated Plan Development,
a shared development effort that will take you to about a 90% completion point.
It is a compromise approach between external consultants coming in to do it for
you, and you doing it yourself. In essence, all the steps are the same, but we
are working as a team to jointly develop your recovery
plan.

following sequence of events will take place:

BRProactive’s
Recovery Planner, site license and an invoice (for the planner license fee portion only)
will be sent to you within 24 hours. |

With
your shipment you will receive an additional diskette. It contains questionnaires you will
need to complete and return to us in electronic format. This process is called a business
impact analysis and data gathering, and is used to collect information about your
business. We request that you complete the questionnaires within two weeks and return it
to us. |

Using
your returned diskette(s), BRProactive will use this information to complete your preliminary
business recovery plan. We will also offer suggestions based on the information you
provide us. Finally, within 5 business days, your 8 or 9 recovery team plans will be sent
to you on diskettes. At that time, a 2nd invoice for the Accelerated Plan Development
Service will be enclosed. |

The
team plans you receive back are considered preliminary ( about 90% complete ), only
because they now need to be reviewed, verified and approved by you. To do this, you and
your staff will review each team plan for completeness, activity flow and accuracy.
Corrections, changes or additions will then be made by you at this time. It is only after
this process has been completed, that you now have a final business recovery plan.
You are ready to print and distribute it as appropriate. |
The process is concise, simple and to the point.
Furthermore, it is very financially attractive when compared to the alternatives. However,
if you have the staff available, and time is not of the essence in your plan development,
you may still want to do it yourself. In that case, BRProactive’s business recovery
planner is all you will need to completely develop your recovery plan internally. The
point is, you finally have a choice.
